Deal price: 1 adult + 1 kid buffet — from ¥218 (≈$30, was ¥416) · Lunch Sat/Sun from ¥218 · Dinner Tue–Sun from ¥228 · Valid Jul 10 – Nov 30, 2026 · ⏰ refundable anytime if unreserved
The Guangzhou Emerald Hilton (Hilton Guangzhou Science City, 28 Ningcai Road, Huangpu District) is running its “Ice BBQ & Beer Food Festival” theme buffet, and the grill station is the headline: charcoal-grilled Rushan oysters from Yantai, shucked and roasted to order, alongside roughly 22cm grilled squid skewers, satay skewers and slow-roasted beef leg. The crab lineup alone runs six ways — curry crab, black-pepper crab, typhoon-shelter crab, ginger-scallion crab, cheese-baked crab and a Luzon-sauce crab — and the cold side counters with thick-cut salmon and 5+ sashimi varieties over 10+ live-cooking stations and 100+ dishes in total.
It’s built with families in mind rather than as an afterthought. There’s a mini hotpot station (coconut-chicken or mala broth), a cheese-wheel pasta, Thai teh tarik, and a dessert counter with a My Little Pony theme, the hotel’s signature durian cake made with real fruit pulp, bear-shaped jelly and 6 ice-cream flavours. At dinner, beer is free-flow. The 2-adults-2-kids tiers are where the maths gets silly: on other platforms two adults alone run ¥476+ at lunch before adding a child, while here the full family set is ¥418.
⚠️ Timing & booking: lunch runs Sat/Sun only (11:45–14:30); dinner runs Tuesday–Sunday (17:45–21:30). You must reserve the same day — by 13:00 for lunch, 18:00 for dinner (restaurant: 020-88800999) — and bring your voucher code, phone number and ID. The theme ends Nov 30, 2026, menus rotate with the season, and the vouchers aren’t valid for groups of 10 or more.
