Jiangxin Ge (匠心阁), on the 3rd floor of the Curio Collection by Hilton Guangzhou, is the in-house buffet of the Greater Bay Area’s first Curio hotel — opened in March 2026 inside the reborn Guangzhou Building (广州大厦), a Beijing Road landmark in Yuexiu District, right next to the Museum of the Nanyue King. Hilton’s Curio brand skips the cookie-cutter formula, and this one leans into Cantonese flavors: live-cooked Chaoshan fish, a Chinese noodle station, dim sum and the signature Hainan qingbuliang dessert soup alongside the international stations.
Lunch (12:00–14:30) centers on fresh-cut salmon sashimi with herring and whelk, a chilled-seafood counter (prawns, scallops, mussels, emerald snails), pan-fried steak and chicken from the grill, made-to-order pasta and free-flow soft drinks, coffee and tea. Dinner (18:00–21:30) is the bigger production: the sashimi counter adds tuna, octopus and sweet shrimp, the carving station does roast lamb leg and German pork knuckle, chefs cook seafood — prawns, clams, razor clams, oysters — to order in a zaopo-vinegar broth, and drinks go properly free-flow with red and white wine and beer included. Both seatings finish with a dessert counter of cakes, handmade ice cream and qingbuliang. Menus rotate with the season, so treat the list as the shape of the spread rather than a guarantee.
⚠️ Timing and the kid-height catch: the headline tiers are a limited promo that raises the free-child cutoff from 1.2 m to 1.4 m — quantities are limited and once that wave sells out, the same ¥168/¥228 prices remain but the free kid is back to under 1.2 m. Everything ends Nov 30, 2026. Book by 14:00 on the day for lunch, by 18:00 for dinner; unreserved vouchers refund anytime.

What guests say
No guest reviews yet on the booking platform — this is a March 2026 opening and the listing is still collecting its first reviews, and we couldn’t find verifiable reviews for this specific restaurant on other platforms yet either. What’s checkable before you go: the hotel is a genuine new-build opening inside a landmark building (the Guangzhou Building on Beijing Road, next to the Nanyue King museum), the dinner seating really does include free-flow wine and beer in the voucher price, and the promo tiers stretch the free-child height to 1.4 m while they last — for families with a taller six- or seven-year-old, that’s the detail that makes this deal work.
