On Saturday, November 7, the Hefei Aviation Science Museum at Luogang Park turns kids into little captains for a full day, 9:00–17:00. The day opens with a pilot-uniform dress-up, then an aviation science class through the “Millennium Dream of Flight” and “A Century of Aviation” halls, plus the museum’s naked-eye 3D four-sided CAVE cinema. Hands-on blocks follow: a VR dream flying-saucer, BATD basic flight trainer (Cessna 172), a 1:1 Airbus A320 cockpit simulator with instructor scoring, robot-dog interaction, and a Su-27 model-aircraft build. After lunch and a break, the afternoon is all about kites — kite class, kite painting and kite flying — before a certificate ceremony crowns each child a “Little Aviator.”
The museum itself holds 20 BATD trainers, a C919 cabin simulator, an A320 cabin simulator and Hefei’s largest naked-eye 3D CAVE cinema, blending science education, exhibition and interactive play.
